I've just had such a lovely day today because I've been tinkering around with table settings for a shoot - and this pic shows a little of what I've been up to. As you can see, for this table, it's all about floral vignettes - and here we have some divine pink peonies and an orchid stem or two- which beautifully bring the table to life. Mixed with some green crackled ceramic plates, lovely aqua glass bowls and a couple of petit marble dishes - and here you have a very simple but lovely table to offer to your guests. I just love it so much - I had to share it with you!

Floral Table Heaven....
I've just had such a lovely day today because I've been tinkering around with table settings for a shoot - and this pic shows a little of what I've been up to. That is gorgeous and I have an unfinished quilt that goes with that colour scheme too...you might just be the inspiration I need to finish it off. I shall photograph it when finished with objects in a similar fashion or is that copyright? Little joke... I hope!!!
I saw some peonies in the shopping centre the other day and they are stunning. I cannot believe I grew them when we lived in England in the eighties.

That is the quilt top before quilting or tying ....think it's more blue but it has some aqua... I must finish it when I finish my baby quilt tutorials for people with disabilities....thanks for the motivation Shannon
