I'm so excited to finally be up and blogging about what I love talking and writing about the most - all things home and decorating. I love your books and HOME is my favourite show on the The Lifestyle Channel. I just wanted to ask you, are you planning on doing anything on kids bedrooms? I have two messy boys and I need some storage ideas.

That's a subject that's very close to my heart - the curse of the messy kids bedrooms.
I've written a piece about it for my column with inside out magazine and I'll definately be tackling that subject here so look out for future posts.

Great to stumble upon your blog today. I must admit "sense of colour" is never far from my reach as I'm always referring to it.
I share your enthusiasm for old timber homes and look forward to reading about decorating yours. We too, left Sydney and bought an old farmhouse in Tasmania and we're needing some inspiration!

Hi Shannon - I know this is an old blog but I am starting from the start so I don't miss anything! This may sound naff but I have all of your books and always pore over them for inspiration and advice in renovating our home. I too am addicted to all things home and decorating, especially based on a white theme. I look forward to reading all about your farmhouse - I noticed it in this month's Inside Out which I just had delivered home today! Jayne
