There are a few elements in this gorgeous entrance hall that I completely adore - the white and grey backdrop, the divine patterned tile work on the floor and the rustic stair case - but it's the hopscotch map on the floor that really brings a smile to my face. How lovely to begin and end each day with a hop, skip and a jump.

I like the width of the hall - infact I like it all!
It's a creative way to add something different to the carpet. The hopscotch actually fits, and looks adorable.

what a fantastic idea- even for adults. really, this is a brilliant reminder to hold on to everything that is a child about ourselves a we leave our homes each day.
