Oh, I just love this room - it's so eclectic, layered and full of depth and richness. I particular love the icon montage above the fireplace. It just feels so vintage and interesting. I can just imagine myself living here - sans kids and hubby though! Just me in my old age - with Isobel the Spoodle and a few cats!

Oh, I love it too! One of my most valued treasures is an old Greek icon I bought on Mykonos about 15 years ago. So eclectic, so vintage, so perfect!

you are so funny. yes you said it. is it ok to think of days without our family?? maybe what we are dreaming of is peace and quiet and a space/room of our own!! this photo is amazing. I love it all. I collect religious statues, crosses etc as well and never know what to do with them....
Such a spectacular image! I always love an icon! My house is filled with Mary statues and it is beginning to look like a church which is fine with me!
