Ah, the magic of chalk board paint!
how, fun to do a basement or wall in a child's room where new ideas could bloom each day...

I find chalkboard walls and pieces to be so fun. I haven't tried one in a bedroom before, but love ours throughout the kitchen and office areas. This is lovely -- Anthropologie never disappoints!

Wishing you a fantastic weekend*

Yes this is gorgeous! Thought my Swedish heart still beats for white and light interiors, I am increasingly embracing black walls. Especially matte chalk board painted ones. It was Jenna Lyon's Brookly house that won me over and her gorgeous bedroom (and master bath) as well as nursery (with fab striped ceiling!). I am sure you have seen it, but if not, look under 'Fabulous House Tours' in my right hand side column. Her hallway is also to die for..

Anthro's catalogues are such eye candy for me...in my photography studio I must admit that sometimes I mimic their sets for my family shoots...you know..just to jazz them up and make 'em interesting!

Loving your blog--so glad to find you.
